Learn : Marathon Story  

Running Background:

marathon photo I decided to run this particular marathon because of the location.

Training:

I trained for 5 months following a training plan that was personalized by a friend. During my training I averaged 40 miles per week.

The best advice I would share with others is to make sure you rest, stretch, and stay hydrated.

Race Day:

The 2010 Salmon Marathon was an unforgettable event.

Recovery:

My recovery wasn't bad.
