Learn : Marathon Story  

Running Background:

marathon photoI consider myself an intermediate runner and I primarily run for fitness. I decided to run a marathon because I wanted to see if I had it in me.

Training:

I ran 4-5 times per week, but I didn't "train" for this marathon. I had been running for approximately 13 months when I decided to see if I could finish.

Race Day:

Recovery:

My recovery was pretty rough. I did ice baths, walking, and took pain killers.
