Learn : Marathon Story  

Running Background:

marathon photoI decided to run a marathon when I finished my 4th half marathon in good condition.

Training:

We have here in Brazil a team called Run&Fun. The guys gave me a 100-day program and I did it.

The best training advice I received was to run thinking about the upcoming race.

Race Day:

The 2009 Chicago Marathon was better than expected. I did it. And I could believe in Santa Claus again.

Recovery:

My recovery was no problem.

I'm planning to run another marathon because it is one of the best shows in life. It's your show.

For my next marathon, I'll come to the city one or two days before to enjoy the atmosphere of the city a little bit more.
